Residential Renovation
This project was a complete renovation of a patio home located in Phoenix, AZ. The home is a three bedroom, two bath of approximately 2300 square feet and included the updating of interior permanent finishes, paint color, kitchen cabinetry, appliances, lighting, baths and fixtures.
This project also included a transformation of the existing landscaping. Existing trees had to be remove due to root rot. A travertine paver entry walkway, courtyard and fountain was installed.
